Located on the waterfront in Cowichan Bay, Lanes Landing is a proposed development of cottages and townhomes. The site is bordered by a ravine and shoreline, and covered in mature trees. The design includes regrading the site to allow for roads and pathways including public access to the waterfront. Key design elements include connections to the existing trail system through the ravine, planting at individual building using appropriate material, coordination with the existing marina and minimizing tidal damage to the marina and beach development.
